Good morning. Went to the Podiatrist. Had the toe taken care of - pretty much a painless procedure these days. I was well pleased. I went ahead and had the ends of the toenail taken out - roots killed. It assures there will be no more ingrown toe nail on that toe.
I am Grateful and Thankful...
to have a warm enough coat for this frigid weather
that I was reminded just now that I am trying to run this dog and pony shoe - I need to Let Go and Let God run it.
for the warmth of being in the house
that Precious is warm and safe with me
that I have friends and family that I love and they love me
to have a job right now. Times are really getting tough
for now, the family's business is holding. It had not occured to me but, if the auto industry fails, their company may fail as well. They buy many, many truck chassises from auto industry
my health
my computer is still acting up. I may throw it out in the yard before it is over
for the Christmas season and what it stands for. Merry Christmas everybody !!!
I want to remember that it is about LOVE, PEACE and GIVING -not getting

Well, I am up, ready for the day and happy to be here.
CCSC is giving the volunteers at Emergency Services a nice "thank you" breakfast this morning.
I have a busy day and evening. I meet with my CPA after work to give him my tax prep business.
Tomorrow and Thursday will be alot of running around too. I'm up for it.
I am Grateful and Thankful...
I beat dAAve and Scott up and at 'em this morning ( a first)
to be rested and ready for a biscuit and eggs for breakfast with friends
that I will be at the noon meeting today also
to be a citizen in America
to be a Christian in America
for freedoms that other's do not have
for a delightful ball of fur and love named Precious
to be sober, clean and smoke-free
Monday is over -yeah !
the other shoe did not drop yesterday
I feel better about the work "thing" today. I will not live today walking on eggs any more.
Whatever will be, will be-Doris Day

Tuesday after Labor Day.
I am Grateful and Thankful for/that...
It's a bright new day
I'm sober and clean another day
so far, our coast is safe from hurricanes
Scott's blog regarding "thoughts"
a good reminder to actively channel my thoughts on a good track today
the activity of the Hummingbirds and Butterflies in the atrium
my head cold is gone, I just have to get rid of my chest congestion
the Dr. can see to that. Hope I can get in this morning and make the noon AA meeting too
if that is to happen, I must get with it now
another day to keep it "real"
