Yeah, warmer temperatures. I needed this changes so that my finger tips can heal. Cold weather is very hard on my skin on my hands.
Today, I am Grateful and Thankful for/that...
today is Saturday. Frank and my afternoon to eat at Spaghetti Western
and, after we eat, to go to Scott's opening of his very own art exhibit
Gospel music and wonderful singers
Precious. my awesome, sweet and loving cat. What a wonderful gift to me
God has Blessed me with too many wonderful gifts to name

Happy Labor Day.
I am Grateful and Thankful ...
for another day of sobriety and being clean
wonderful blogging entries from my friends
photos and art shared
modern conveniences
for the rest and relaxation the past week
I had a pleasant dream about my horse last night (been years)
for dreams remembered - it is a rarity
Precious
to have a "comfortable" life today
that I am fortunate, Blessed - to be able to slow down as I get older. I worried for years what would happen tomorrow. What would become of me.
To be able to appreciate "age" as being a "mellow" place (for me)

Oh boy, life is certainly a mixed bag of surprises. I am grateful for SW urging me to be positive, Grateful, upbeat. Thank you SW.
Everything I touch on flickr and Blogspot is apparently working as it is supposed to, not as I wish. Oh well.

for my new painting by SW - gorgeous ! Thank you, I appreciate your work.
for not throwing Conversations with God out in the yard yet
that I am making positive changes as a result of the book
for this free Blogg Spot and other free programs
for this day off from work
that I bought lots of fresh fruit and some fresh vegitables after the meeting
for the awareness that I have completely let my weight go and I am disgusted with myself
I am trying not to feel shame because of my weight gain - it just is what it is at this moment
it can change
it will change because I am going to see to it !
for support from my family
for Grace
that I'm sober, clean and smoke-free today
I want for nothing and have all that I need

I am Grateful...
the rain
a wonderful Saturday - the whole 24 hrs.
that I see some really confusing "stuff" about Lady A and do not have to say a word
that it's her journey, not mine
that I can be "in the moment" alot of the time these days - what a Blessing
that my family is well although they have had some disappointments - BIG ONES
for the joy of being alive and sober/clean/smoke-free
the new day ahead to align my outsides with my insides
tomorrow morning is the last of my crown work with the Dentist
